Only a few more days...

Spring Sale 2013 - What's Next ?


Thank you to those that turned in their contracts to be part of our Spring Sale. I believe we have a few spots still available, so tell your friends. For those of you that have your items ready to go, you are ahead of the game. Next step for you is on Friday, April 12th when you can set up your space. The rest of you (myself included) need to finish purging items, make sure toys/games have all the pieces, shoes and outfits are matched before next Friday.
 
We have just a little more than a week before our next big sale. Here is some info you might need :
 
Set-Up is Friday night at 7pm. We are hoping to get you all in quickly and out by 8pm. If you have not paid for your space or large items, please have cash or check available. There is a $5 fee for late registrations.

There will be somebody checking in people and assigning you a space at 7pm on Friday and 7am on Saturday.
If you can not make it on Friday night, you must have all items unloaded and in your space no later than 7:45am on Saturday.

Pre-Sale for sellers and vendors to shop before the public is at 7am on Saturday. (The earlier you are set up the better.)

Sale opens to the public at 8am on Saturday. Each seller/vendor is required to make their own change. Please prepared with small bills. It is up to you to mark or not mark prices. You may haggle if you choose or keep prices firm.

If you have paid for a space, then you can have two items in the Large Item Area at no charge.  For additional items, there is a $2 fee for items priced $49 and under or $5 for items $49 and higher.  I am putting together a list of all large items that I have so far.

Each item will have an envelope with all the information attached at Set-Up on Friday night and/or Saturday morning. If you are willing to haggle on price for your large item, I need to know your lowest price.  If not, we will mark the price as FIRM. This lowest price will be on the list for our Large Item Coordinators to see only. If somebody offers less than the posted price, they can make the deal for you.

If you are not coming on Friday night to set-up, you will need to email me before Friday so I can enter your information into the spread sheet.
